Responsibilities include managing full project lifecycles, coordinating internal and external development teams, and training end users. Madrid or Barcelona are acceptable locations, with travel and a driving license required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage implementation and delivery of IT solutions for new CMS logistic projects for the full project lifecycle.
• Scope management and functional requirements definition.
• CMS operations functional process definition in coordination with Operations.
• Stakeholder management, both GXO internal and final customer's.
• Internal and external development team coordination.
• Continuous improvement with Operations, improvement mindset.
• KPI definition and reports.
• Level 2 operations support and end user training.
