We are currently seeking a dedicated Central CRM Application Owner to oversee and drive CRM operations and advancements for our New Business and Life Cycle Service Team. This position is integral to shaping the future of CRM in alignment with Kardex’s strategic goals and S / 4HANA transformation initiatives.
As an Application Owner CRM, you will play a pivotal role in driving the operation and evolution of CRM applications, providing strategic guidance and expertise for both business and technical aspects. You will ensure seamless daily operations and advancing solutions for New Business, Life Cycle Services, and AutoStore teams.
Collaborating closely with Process / Data Owners and Solution Architects, you will hold decision-making authority for release planning and change requests, balancing business needs with IT requirements. Your responsibility also encompasses defining the application roadmap, managing risks and dependencies, and establishing robust data quality concepts with measurable KPIs as the designated Data Expert for the application.
