Formación

• Licenciatura en Finanzas o Administración de Empresas, preferible.
• Experiencia en banca o gestión de patrimonios es valorada.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluar escenarios financieros de clientes para soluciones hipotecarias.
• Cultivar relaciones con bancos para opciones de hipoteca.

Fluidez en idioma neerlandés

As we strive to expand our operations, we are looking for independent Mortgage Advisors with a robust financial background.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Assess clients' financial scenarios and intermediate for the most suitable mortgage solutions.
2. Cultivate relationships with a variety of Banks to secure a wide range of mortgage options for clients.
3. Accompany clients throughout the mortgage application process, maximizing approval chances.
4. Forge strategic partnerships with local real estate agencies focusing on non-residents and local bank branches.
5. Maintain updated reports on sales and performance metrics.
6. Stay ahead of industry trends, products, and practices to offer the most relevant advice and solutions.

Professional Development :

Engage in Mortgage Direct’s professional development activities, such as attending industry exhibitions, training sessions, and obtaining relevant certifications, to enhance knowledge and skills in mortgage advising.

Expectations :

1. Fluency in Dutch language.
2. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and maintain a results-oriented approach.
3. Ability to establish and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including clients and financial institutions.
4. Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and developments.
5. Unwavering commitment to customer service and understanding the unique financial needs of each client.
6. Residency within the service area is preferable.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced qualifications in financial management will be highly valued.
2. Experience in banking, wealth management, or family office roles.
3. Proficiency in English and additional languages are beneficial.
4. Outstanding negotiation skills.
5. Proficiency in basic software applications, most importantly Google Suite, and CRM Applications (Pipedrive and Salesforce).
