SHINING 3D was founded in 2004 and has been focusing on the research and development, production, and application of high-precision digital 3D products for more than 20 years. We are looking to strengthen our team and are seeking a Dental Application Engineer (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate customer application requirements in France and Spain.
• Prepare technical documentation for tenders and customer projects, and provide extended application support and technical advice.
• Support customers remotely or on-site, including event support and product demonstrations at webinars, roadshows, and trade fairs.
• Create and implement training programs for customers and internal staff.
• Assist the sales team in identifying issues and clarifying technical questions within the EMEA region (pre- and post-sales).
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and servicing of 3D scanners and 3D printers (DLP & LCD).
• Develop manuals, instructions, and documentation to support sales, customer service, and dealers.
• Gather and share product information and customer feedback with the company.

Your Profile:

• Experience in the dental field.
• Digital expertise with good knowledge of technology; some experience with 3D scanners and printers.
• Positive attitude towards customer interaction.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent in written and spoken French and Spanish.
