SHINING 3D was founded in 2004 and has been focusing on the research and development, production and application of high-precision digital 3D products for more than 20 years. We would like to further strengthen our team and are therefore looking for a Dental Application Engineer (m / f / d) to join us as soon as possible.

Your tasks : Evaluation of the customer's application requirements in France and Spain. Preparation of the necessary technical documentation for tenders and customer projects as well as extended application-specific support and technical advice. Supporting the customer remotely or on site. On-site event support. Conducting product demonstrations in webinars, roadshows and at trade fairs. Creation and implementation of training programs for customers and internal employees. Supporting the sales team in identifying problems and clarifying technical issues in the EMEA region (pre & after sales). Carry out repairs, maintenance and servicing of 3D scanners and 3D printers (DLP & LCD) Creating manuals, instructions and documentation as required to support sales, customer service and dealers. Collect and share information about own products and feedback from customers to the company

Your profile : Experience in the dental field Digital expert, good knowledge of technology, also small experience with 3D scanners and printers Good attitude towards dealing with customers Willingness to travel Fluency in written and spoken French and Spanish.
