SHINING 3D was founded in 2004 and has been focusing on the research and development, production, and application of high-precision digital 3D products for more than 20 years. We are looking to strengthen our team and are therefore seeking a Dental Application Engineer (m / f / d) to join us as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate customer application requirements in France and Spain.
2. Prepare technical documentation for tenders and customer projects, and provide extended application-specific support and technical advice.
3. Support customers remotely or on-site, including event support, product demonstrations via webinars, roadshows, and trade fairs.
4. Create and implement training programs for customers and internal staff.
5. Assist the sales team in identifying issues and clarifying technical questions within the EMEA region (pre- and post-sales).
6. Perform repairs, maintenance, and servicing of 3D scanners and 3D printers (DLP & LCD).
7. Develop manuals, instructions, and documentation to support sales, customer service, and dealers.
8. Gather and share product information and customer feedback with the company.

Your Profile:

1. Experience in the dental field.
2. Digital expertise with good knowledge of technology, including some experience with 3D scanners and printers.
3. Excellent customer service attitude.
4. Willingness to travel.
5. Fluency in written and spoken French and Spanish.
