SHINING 3D was founded in 2004 and has been focusing on the research and development, production, and application of high-precision digital 3D products for more than 20 years. We are looking to strengthen our team by hiring a Dental Application Engineer (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

1. Evaluation of the customer's application requirements in France and Spain.
2. Preparation of the necessary technical documentation for tenders and customer projects, as well as extended application-specific support and technical advice.
3. Supporting the customer remotely or on-site, including on-site event support.
4. Conducting product demonstrations via webinars, roadshows, and at trade fairs.
5. Creating and implementing training programs for customers and internal employees.
6. Supporting the sales team in identifying problems and clarifying technical issues in the EMEA region (pre- and post-sales).
7. Performing repairs, maintenance, and servicing of 3D scanners and 3D printers (DLP & LCD).
8. Creating manuals, instructions, and documentation to support sales, customer service, and dealers.
9. Collecting and sharing information about our products and customer feedback with the company.

Your profile:

1. Experience in the dental field.
2. Digital expertise with good knowledge of technology, including some experience with 3D scanners and printers.
3. Good attitude towards dealing with customers.
4. Willingness to travel.
5. Fluency in written and spoken French and Spanish.
