As part of the Customer Excellence team, you will partner with customers to engineer the future, solve engineering problems, deploy Ansys software, and grow our business. You will leverage your engineering and programming expertise to develop automation workflows, perform professional services, and translate customer needs into product features. Working with global, multidisciplinary teams, you will expand your knowledge and impact.

• Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Ansys scripting tools, especially Python/PyAnsys.
• Learn quickly to enable stakeholders with new technologies.
• Coordinate and execute technical activities throughout sales opportunities.
• Interact with customers to understand their design needs and workflows; articulate Ansys’ value.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate customer requirements into new features; test new releases.
• Support marketing efforts and conduct training sessions.
• Qualifications: PhD or MS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, or related; BS with at least 2 years of experience in object-oriented languages like Python; strong Python skills; knowledge of Ansys or similar CAE software; experience with Git; excellent communication skills in English; ability to travel.
