Junior Marketing Manager - Flemish & French Speaking

Otovo offers solar panels and batteries to homeowners, leveraging software and technology to simplify solar energy adoption, making it affordable and accessible nationwide.

We're currently seeking a Junior Marketing Manager native to Belgium and fluent in both Flemish and French.

You will be responsible for deploying local marketing activities and content in Belgium & France, in collaboration with the regional marketing team.

As part of our growing international team, you'll tap into a vast network of digital designers, brand managers, and marketing experts who have successfully launched and scaled Otovo across 13 countries: Norway, France, Spain, Poland, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Portugal, the UK, Sweden, Austria, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

Key responsibilities :

1. Understand and always be the voice of our customers
2. Be responsible for the local content marketing implementation (for e.g: blog, landing pages, e-books, email nurturing strategy & flow, newsletters, etc.)
3. Deploy locally global marketing campaigns, activities and best practices from other Otovo markets
4. Be a key user of our CRM (Hubspot) and be responsible for our local marketing CRM assets (emailing, contacts lists, workflows, etc.)
5. Deploy and optimize our local customer referral program
6. Drive online customer reviews and testimonials
7. Draw insight out on local consumers and local competitors
8. Collaborate closely with the central marketing teams and other Otovo departments in all Europe

Requirements :

1. Native from Belgium, fluent in Flemish and French
2. At least 1 year of experience managing multiple marketing channels
3. A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Flemish and French
5. Basic knowledge of Marketing Platform tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics and in CRM tools such as Hubspot
6. A blend of creativity
7. A passion for staying abreast of web trends and technologies
8. Some experience in project management
