Siemens is seeking a Cybersecurity expert to join their Smart Infrastructure team in Madrid. The role involves supporting Agile DevOps teams, conducting security assessments, and representing the Cybersecurity community in corporate projects. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in IT Security with a minimum of 3 years' experience, strong knowledge of security standards, and effective communication skills in both English and ideally German.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Cybersecurity.

• Fluency in English; German is a plus.

Your new responsibilities

• Support Agile DevOps teams and the Cybersecurity community with application security designs and templates, requirements specifications and the verification of implementation.
• Conduct security assessments and risk evaluations and consult business units with the definition of suitable mitigating countermeasures.
• Share expertise and your knowledge within the Business and Cybersecurity community.
• Represent the Siemens Smart Infrastructure Cybersecurity team in corporate initiatives and projects.

Your skills and experience

• University degree in Computer Science or IT Security or equivalent education.
• A minimum 3 years’ experience in Cybersecurity
• Strong knowledge of security standards and regulations such as ISO27001, and IEC62443
• Proficiency in designing application security architectures and the evaluating and integrating of 3rd party SaaS applications.
• Solid understanding of AI / ML systems – particularly LLMs, RAG architecture or AI pipelines.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform and architecture
• Ability to effectively translate technical content into business language.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is an advantage.
