In order to grow our current Radiotherapy business, we need a motivated Application Consultant to support our existing customers and sales force in the region. As an Application Consultant, you will be responsible for customer development activities, such as improving the usability of Brainlab products installed, and pursuing ongoing expansion and business development opportunities with our strategic partners.
The position includes maintaining and developing a professional, innovative, and customer-oriented image of Brainlab with clients and competitors. Training will be provided at our headquarters in Munich, Germany, and on-the-job with experienced colleagues. From your home office, you will travel within Spain and Portugal, supporting accounts internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical education and support for high-end radiotherapy treatments.
- Understand clinical workflows and collaborate on product development and improvements.
- Travel to existing customers to expand the use of Brainlab products in routine clinical practice.
- Conduct customer training sessions on radiotherapy products.
- Assist the sales team with onsite and offsite product presentations.
- Offer on-site guidance to physicians and medical physicists during patient treatments.
- Communicate with strategic partners and develop mid- and long-term strategies aligned with Brainlab's corporate goals.
- Attend national and international meetings and symposia.
- Manage customer contacts, follow-ups, and technical consultations via telephone.
Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Medical Physics, Medical Dosimetry, radiation therapy, or equivalent.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
- Professional experience in Radiation Therapy, treatment planning, or related fields; experience with Brainlab RT products is advantageous.
- Good sales and business acumen is a plus.
- Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong teamwork and self-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Comfort with software and technology.
- Willingness to travel over 80% of the time.
