Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Application Consultant specializing in Image Guided Surgery and surgical disciplines to support our Sales Team in Spain. The position reports directly to the Regional Manager Spain. It is a home office role, preferably based in Madrid, Malaga, or Valencia.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Educate, train, and provide on-site guidance to physicians and hospital staff.
2. Perform new system installations.
3. Communicate effectively with customers to understand issues and troubleshoot problems.
4. Organize and plan tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively, and manage time well.
5. Initiate upgrade projects for existing Brainlab installations.
6. Promote and sell service contracts to current customers.
7. Monitor and encourage customer usage of products.
8. Conduct software updates.
9. Participate in meetings and trade shows to demonstrate and promote products and services.

Qualifications:

• Preferably hold a degree in Biomedical Engineering, a technical degree, or equivalent.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute all service activities.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• A good sense of humor.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Valid driving license is required.
