What You'll Do

  • Drive global app partnerships , managing the entire acquisition process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline, prioritizing high-value opportunities to maximize impact.
  • Lead app business development efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver outstanding results.
  • Develop long-term, trusted relationships with app publishers, ensuring mutual growth and loyalty.
  • Actively maintain and update our CRM tool, tracking all interactions with leads and clients to ensure efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and establish a strong network in the app ecosystem.

Who We're Looking For

  • A Sales Go-Getter : Someone who thrives on exceeding goals, loves the thrill of closing deals, and aims to be the top performer month after month.
  • App Enthusiast : Passionate about the mobile app ecosystem, with knowledge of monetization strategies and tools.
  • Results-Driven Challenger : Motivated by ambitious targets and eager to meet and exceed Monthly and Quarterly KPIs.
  • Language Pro : Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) to communicate effectively with our global clients and teams.
  • Commercially Savvy : Skilled in turning conversations into opportunities and delivering compelling pitches.
  • Independent and Adaptable : Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Tech Translator : Able to simplify technical concepts and present them as valuable business solutions.

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Sales Experience : 2+ years in sales, particularly in app partnerships, outreach (cold calling, LinkedIn, and email), and online meetings.
  • Mobile Expertise : Solid understanding of mobile advertising metrics and monetization formats. Familiarity with tools like mediation platforms, SDKs, and mobile header bidding.
  • Industry Connections : Established network within the app development or advertising industry.
  • Relevant Background : Experience at AdTech companies, app-focused Publisher Sales Houses, or within digital marketing agencies.
