Job Description

We are looking for an App Data Analyst to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveler’s journey for millions of holidaymakers. If you are passionate about solving complex problems and skilled at analyzing big data sets, keep on reading, as you might be the perfect fit for this job.

The candidate will have the opportunity to become a key member of the team leveraging the analytical skills to produce actionable insights and improve business performance. Specifically, the person will have the chance to work on different optimization processes for our mobile app, interpret the app’s data, and use it to provide recommendations to the development team.

The job in brief :

Job Title - App Data Analyst

Team - You will join the Data Analytics team within the Technology department.

Level – Professional

Location – Madrid

Contract - Permanent – full-time (EUR 36 h / week)

Travel time required – For hybrid working model, some Business Trip to meet team members for training purposes

Qualifications

What your impact will be

• Data extraction, analysis, and reporting, in order to drive performance insights and support business decisions.
• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns to optimise business performance.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders in order to identify and prioritise business needs and opportunities.
• Explore and proactively propose new product and business opportunities.
• Communicate and present results, insights, and recommendations to all levels of the company, clearly and concisely.
• Cooperate with other Data Analysts across the company on joint projects, to identify and exploit synergies and to preserve / improve governance on data and on business knowledge.
• Closely partner with Data Engineers to re- / design, implement, and monitor the quality of new / existing data models and data pipelines.
• 3-4 years of experience in the role or similar.
• Technical skills : experience in Web analytics and BI tools like Tableau / Looker / Qlik / GA and strong knowledge of SQL on Big data platforms. Excel and Python knowledge are desirable.
• Proficiency in English (Italian is a plus).
