Job summary

InPost España is seeking an APM technician to perform on-site service and maintenance visits across Sevilla and surrounding areas. The role focuses on identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, and software issues on our Locker network, with responsibilities extending to component replacement, repair work, and coordination with dispatch and support teams.

You will operate in a field-based capacity with daily travel across the region, carrying out tasks while adhering to safety and quality

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or equivalent experience required.
• At least 2 years of relevant field experience.
• Experience with hardware and software maintenance of electronic equipment.
• Good written and spoken English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site service visits and repairs.
• Diagnose and fix technical issues on-site promptly.
• Read monitoring dashboards and system logs to identify problems.
• Replace defective components and perform mechanical/electrical repairs.
• Use internal software to monitor Locker network performance.
• Coordinate with the dispatching team to schedule tasks.
• Document interventions accurately and timely and replenish stock.
