What are we looking for?

We seek a Support Engineer with 2-3+ years of experience (preferably as a technical support engineer) who can handle client inquiries, troubleshoot integrations, and analyze distributed systems to prevent disruptions. Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential, as you will manage meetings with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Respond to technical support inquiries from clients, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
  • Assist clients with technical integration issues.
  • Manage meetings with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Analyze and debug distributed systems to prevent service disruptions.
  • Understand each application's complete process and suggest enhancements to prevent future issues.
  • Act as an interface between Customer Service and other departments.
What do we expect from you?
  • Experience interacting with customers in a technical support role.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in technical or application support engineering, preferably in human resources or consultancy firms.
  • Technical background in software development or network administration.
  • Ability to work independently in a demanding, high-velocity environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic, hardworking, positive attitude, team spirit, flexibility, and organization.
Nice to have:
  • Ability to parse and debug distributed system logs (e.g., Application Insights, Postgres queries, GIP/GDSP traces).
  • Understanding of communication protocols, REST APIs, Active Directory, PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with Node.js/TypeScript on Azure (App Service, AKS).
  • SQL querying skills.
  • Experience with Confluence and ServiceNow.
