Responsabilidades

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Retail Project Manager to lead the rollout of commercial store design and construction projects for global retail brands.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing complete retail store projects. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of store projects, ensuring quality, compliance, timelines, and budgets are met across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the full lifecycle of retail construction and interior fit-out projects, from planning through execution.
2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, aligning their goals with project execution.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including architecture, engineering, and construction professionals.
4. Develop and manage detailed schedules, budgets, and documentation.
5. Navigate permitting procedures and ensure regulatory compliance across different regions.
6. Identify project risks and implement timely corrective actions.
7. Lead internal and external meetings to ensure alignment and transparency.
8. Oversee quality control and ensure work is delivered to brand standards.
9. Support project teams with MEP-FP and construction site knowledge.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail construction project management (mandatory).
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience managing permit processes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit).
• Fluent in English (professional level) and Spanish (required).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with MEP-FP systems and construction supervision.
• Availability to travel occasionally for project needs.
