Job Description:

What will you be doing?

• Support customer check-in and check-out processes, ensuring that service standards are met.
• Support in the management of reservations, invoicing, documentation, cash control, and closing.
• Assist guests regarding the hotel facilities in an informative, helpful, and friendly manner while maintaining a professional posture and demeanor at all times.
• Answer telephone calls and emails.
• Be fully knowledgeable of the services the hotel offers and stay informed of all changes and new developments.
• Be familiar with all the daily events and activities in and around the hotel.
• Consistently provide a professional, warm, and friendly service.

Minimum requirements:

• Driver's License.
• Own vehicle.
• Relevant Educational Background.
• Establish an Agreement with the School or University.
• English Knowledge: Advanced level of English. Additional knowledge of Spanish will be positively valued.
