Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Finance Control Director to join our Finance Team in Barcelona, overseeing financial consolidation, treasury, accounting, compliance, and tax reporting for our global operations. Reporting directly to the CFO, the successful candidate will ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of financial processes across international entities and lead the finance team to align with local and international standards, supporting the organization’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership: Provide guidance to the finance team, fostering a collaborative culture aligned with strategic goals.
2. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior management, offering financial insights for strategic decisions.
