Formación

Job Description:

Our client is a global leader in sustainability and industrial machinery, working with major Fortune 100 companies worldwide. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Services Technician to join their expanding team in Madrid.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  1. Providing installation, service, and troubleshooting support on industrial machinery and automated systems at company and customer sites worldwide.
  2. Conducting training sessions for customers.
  3. Coordinating scheduling of service jobs.
  4. Ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
  5. Creating quotes and work orders for service jobs, spare parts, and accessories.
  6. Collaborating with the Quality Manager on warranty jobs, capturing warranty costs, and investigating root causes.
  7. Promoting company connect services and technology.
  8. Acting as a subject matter expert on company systems and equipment.
  9. Creating and implementing service agreement contracts.
  10. Using company tools to monitor customer equipment proactively.
  11. Making outbound calls to customers to check equipment status.
  12. Identifying signs of equipment malfunction and addressing issues proactively.
  13. Maintaining logs of customer equipment issues.
  14. Packing and shipping spare parts.
  15. Providing input to engineering and product development teams.
  16. Representing yourself and the company professionally, adhering to the Code of Conduct.
Candidate Profile:
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of industrial machinery.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, ERP systems, and Google Suite.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.
  • Expertise in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills using technical and logical methods.
  • Ability to resolve customer issues professionally and create value.
  • Effective prioritization and scheduling skills.
  • Culturally adaptable and motivated to learn.
  • Demonstrates sensitivity, dignity, and honesty in interactions.
  • Experience working with engineers and managers at customer sites.
