Key Responsibilities

1. Support Management in Maintenance, Operations, Projects, Security, and Cleaning of the assigned facilities.
2. Provide support in the supervision of the execution of services at a technical level.
3. Provide support in personnel management (training, selection, labor relations).
4. Provide support in the supervision of compliance with internal policies and procedures in Risk Prevention, Health and Safety, and Quality.
5. Provide support in the supervision of the methodologies implemented.
6. Provide support in the preparation of budgets.
7. Provide support in the generation of reports.

Skills & Requirements

Education / Experience

• Valuable financial knowledge

Specific Skills / Abilities

• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 (Power BI, Word, Excel, MS Apps, ...)
• Knowledge of Data Analysis Tools (Python, Minitab, ...)
