Job Description:

We're looking for an ambitious Account Executive with a hunter profile to help ChooseMyCompany launch in Italy and cover the Italian market. ChooseMyCompany is a French company launched in 2011, dedicated to improving work conditions and wellbeing through employee opinions. We sell a powerful SaaS platform that:

• Gathers information about employee and client wellbeing
• Analyzes data to provide clear insights
• Identifies impactful measures to enhance wellbeing
• Provides a comprehensive engagement score for financial reporting
• Shares key organizational information, including on social media

Your mission will include:

• Reaching prospects and generating leads using our tools and networks
• Engaging with HR ecosystems through forums, conferences, and events
• Signing both Freemium and Premium customers
• Converting Freemium users to Premium via demos

You will have a significant impact on the company's future, with responsibilities including strategic decision-making and building the core sales team in Italy or Spain.

Ideal candidate criteria:

• At least 4 years of sales experience with proven success
• Strong entrepreneurial skills and project management experience
• European nationality or work permit eligibility
• Native Italian speaker, fluent in English
