Job summary

Alea is seeking a Technical Account Manager (API) Team Lead in Barcelona, Spain. You will combine technical leadership with hands-on provider management to ensure successful API adoption and performance, leading the game providers' integrations and guiding your team to meet ambitious onboarding timelines.

You will act as the strategic escalation point for provider technical issues, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and drive standards for onboarding, testing (Postman), and SLA-driven

Qualifications

• Leadership experience leading technical, customer-facing teams (2+ years).
• 4-5 years hands-on technical work with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Advanced API testing tools knowledge (Postman), CRM systems, ticketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, train, and manage a TAM team with regular 1:1s and reviews.
• Refine onboarding procedures, workflows, and testing protocols to shorten integrations.
• Oversee ticket distribution, workload balancing, and SLA-driven delivery.
• Act as lead technical advisor, managing provider relationships through go-live and beyond.
• Bridge Product and Engineering with provider feedback and feature requests.
• Lead internal docs, provider integration guides, and runbooks.
• Handle high-priority escalations with fast, empathetic resolutions.
