Festo SE & Co. KG is seeking a dedicated Online Business professional to accelerate the digital sales channel in Barcelona. You will steer clusters, monitor performance and lead cross-functional projects to improve online customer experiences.

You will translate market needs into technical requirements, manage API integrations, and drive data-driven decisions with IT, product management and marketing colleagues across markets. Fluent English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in business administration, E-Commerce, Business Development, Marketing, or a related field.
• Initial professional experience in E-Commerce, Online Business, Business Development, Project Management, or a comparable area.
• Good understanding of APIs, system integrations and data exchange technologies with a forward-looking market perspective.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently in an international environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; German and other language skills are considered a strong advantage.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams involving IT, development, product management or digital platform providers.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical use cases and effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with e-commerce platform integrations, marketplaces, CRM, ERP or marketing technology ecosystems is considered a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the growth of the digital sales channel and increase digital experience through our platforms and services.
• Steer assigned clusters, monitor business performance and manage cross-functional projects to enhance online business and customer experience.
• Translate market requirements into technical specifications while collaborating with IT and development teams.
• Monitor API performance, data flows and system integrations to ensure seamless customer and business processes.
• Identify opportunities to leverage APIs and automation to improve operational efficiency and digital sales performance.
• Drive and monitor performance of dedicated clusters within our online business organization.
• Analyze key business and e-commerce KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support implementation of new tools, processes and digital initiatives across markets.
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve sales, conversion, profitability, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with local market teams and central stakeholders for alignment on business objectives.
• Support strategic decision-making through data-driven analyses and insights.
• Build and implement training and playbooks to translate corporate digital objectives into cluster-level initiatives.
• Capture lessons learned from clusters and institutionalize best practices across clusters.
