WebBeds is seeking a Commercial Technology Specialist based in Palma, Spain, to manage API client connectivity and support across the APAC region. You will become an expert in WebBeds' systems, ensuring optimal client experiences through effective troubleshooting and support.

This role demands strong technical skills and a problem-solving mindset. Successful candidates will have a strong background in application support, technical support, and API technologies.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in application support, technical support, or system integration.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Flexibility to work hours including weekends on a rotational basis.

Responsabilidades

• Support, maintain, and optimise client connectivity to WebBeds’ platform.
• Manage API client integrations and onboarding.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimise API connectivity.
