We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented AP / AR Accountant to join our Finance team at Sandsoft Barcelona through a training contract (Contrato Formativo).

In this role, you will be responsible for managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, supporting daily operations and financial accuracy.

This opportunity is initially structured as a 6-month contract, with a possibility of renewal for up to 12 months.

You need to be based in Barcelona and report to the Senior Accounting Manager.

What you will do :

  • Process supplier invoices, employee expenses, and customer payments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliations of accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice/payment issues.
  • Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting tasks.

What we’re looking for :

  • A recent graduate or individual with qualifying studies (Bachelor's, Master’s, vocational certificate, etc.).
  • Eligibility to sign a training contract within 3 years of graduation and not previously employed under this type of contract.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working in English (written and spoken).
