The role involves managing competitive market information for a global client, working with the Global Research Manager to extract insights for business decisions. You will liaise with a major beauty & luxury brand, leading the market category worldwide.

How you'll spend your day:

  • Reporting and collaborating directly with the Global Research Manager.
  • Coordinating markets and gathering information from each.
  • Supervising and consolidating collected competitive data.
  • Guiding markets on best practices for competitive analysis.
  • Analyzing social media post metrics.
  • Creating presentations and reports for clients.
  • Working closely with the team intern.
  • Using research methodologies and data analysis to gather market insights.
  • Interpreting data to generate insights for clients and stakeholders.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in similar roles, such as analyst or media planner in a media agency.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and deriving insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Experience with media analysis tools (Kantar Media, Infoadex, GFK DAM, EGM, etc.) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (C1) and native Spanish speaker.
