Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Develop positive business relationships with brokers to ensure sales growth.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the discovery process and presenting Emerson Rogers' products and services persuasively.
  • Follow a sales business plan to generate new broker leads and appointments.
  • Participate actively in sales meetings and 1:1 meetings with the sales manager.
  • Use market and product knowledge to guide brokers through health care reform complexities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with carriers.
  • Strategize with brokers on sales opportunities to grow the book of business.
  • Track appointments and broker opportunities using CRM.
  • Assist with key case service activities, including additional lines of business sales, case conservation, renewal, and service activities.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Life, Accident & Health License required.
