Anaplan Solution Architect / Master Anaplanner

Our client, a global consulting firm, is currently expanding its team and hiring an Anaplan Lead to manage large-scale projects while overseeing a team of EPM experts. My Responsibilities :

As a Lead, you will leverage your expertise to help businesses translate their strategy into EPM solutions by:

• Working closely with business process owners and analysts to ensure a precise understanding of business needs.
• Designing and delivering EPM solutions that align with standard methodologies.
• Maintaining a holistic view of the end-to-end EPM solution architecture.
• Ensuring compliance with policies related to data quality, security, integration, reference data management, and solution development principles.
• Applying project methodologies and contributing to the deployment of governance models for operational efficiency.
• Developing new skills by stepping outside your comfort zone.
• Acting to resolve obstacles that impact team productivity.
• Encouraging and mentoring others, recognizing their strengths, and guiding them in their personal development.
• Analyzing complex ideas and making relevant recommendations.
• Using various information sources, including stakeholder feedback, to develop solutions.
• Keeping up with global trends and their impact on clients.
• Simplifying complex messages and emphasizing key points.
• Adhering to the company’s ethics and conduct code.

What Profile and Skills Do I Need?

• Graduate from a business school, engineering school, or university degree in Finance, IT, Business, or a related field (Master’s level – BAC+5).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Business Intelligence (BI), or Analytics.
• Advanced knowledge and expertise in Anaplan.
• Client-oriented, results-driven, and passionate about quality.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience as a team leader, with the ability to supervise teams, encourage diverse viewpoints for innovation, and mentor staff.
