About the Role

As a CRM IT Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in supporting DOMO’s commercial growth from the IT side. You will ensure that technology solutions, particularly Salesforce and other digital commercial tools, align with business objectives to maximize their impact on growth and efficiency.

Reporting to the IT Business Partners Manager, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams, acting as the key link between IT and the commercial area. Additionally, you will lead and coordinate offshore IT delivery teams responsible for Salesforce and other digital platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Align CRM solutions, particularly Salesforce, with the company’s commercial strategies.
  • Define the IT/digital roadmap for the commercial area in partnership with key business stakeholders.
  • Manage the implementation, optimization, and integration of Salesforce and other digital tools (UiPath, AI tools, middleware systems).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into technological solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with technology vendors to ensure CRM solutions evolve in line with company needs.
  • Support the internal capability development for Salesforce management.
  • Train and advise commercial teams on best practices for CRM tools.
  • Identify and evaluate new digital solutions to enhance commercial processes.
  • Manage IT project resources, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Partner, preferably in a commercial environment.
  • Strong expertise in B2B CRM processes and proven experience managing Salesforce projects in at least two different companies.
  • Experience in coordinating IT delivery teams, especially in offshore environments.
  • Knowledge of system integration and digital transformation within commercial organizations.
  • Strategic thinking, leadership skills, and decision-making capability in dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Experience in the chemical sector is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Languages: English (fluent); Spanish is a plus.
