Schwarz Digits is seeking a reporting and performance analytics specialist to join our IT and digital division. You will advise process experts, create dashboards in ServiceNow, and oversee the integrity of the existing reporting system. You will work in an international team, apply ITIL foundations, and communicate complex issues clearly.

• University degree or equivalent in information technology or a related field.
• Experience in reporting, performance analysis and statistics.
• Experience in using or administering ServiceNow.
• Familiar with ITIL Foundation.
• Understanding of service and support processes.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to see connections and dependencies between processes.
• Ability to evaluate, review and test own work.
• Capable of preparing and conducting workshops.
• Able to explain complex issues in a simplified way.
• Motivated by learning new topics and topics.
• Results oriented with a can-do attitude and adaptability.
