Adevinta is seeking a Data Engineer (Analytics & Products) to own end-to-end data assets, from ingestion to reporting, collaborating with product managers, analysts, and domain stakeholders. You will design scalable, maintainable data pipelines in Databricks, orchestrate Airflow DAGs, and implement robust data models and quality checks across the stack.

Formación

• Advanced SQL with window functions, CTEs and partitioning.
• Hands-on dbt across medallion architecture (models, tests, macros).
• Experience building and operating Airflow DAGs in Python.
• Proficient in Python and shell scripting for pipelines.
• Knowledge of Delta Lake, Parquet and Avro formats.
• Ability to own tickets from design to delivery, including incident response.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build data assets aligned with product needs.
• Ingest and transform data using Airflow and dbt; manage pipelines and DAGs.
• Ensure data quality with tests and semantic validation across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with analysts, PMs, and data platform engineers across the company.
• Apply cost-conscious modelling and optimisation across compute and storage.
• Support AI-first engineering practices and governance of data assets.
