Q-tech, in partnership with a large European technology company, is seeking a Data Engineer to join a cutting-edge Marketing & Communication squad working on one of Europe’s largest loyalty apps with 130M users.

You will design scalable data pipelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to AI-driven analytics across countries.

Experience with Databricks, Airflow, Python, SQL and both relational/non-relational databases is required; remote options available.

Formación

• Experience building large-scale data pipelines and architectures.
• Advanced Python and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Databricks and Airflow.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain scalable batch and real-time data pipelines.
• Build and optimize data solutions for very large volumes of customer and transaction data.
• Develop and maintain the Marketing Data Layer used by marketers across countries.
• Transform analytical data into operational datasets for segmentation and campaign execution.
• Ensure data quality, performance, governance and reliability.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Owners and business stakeholders; support other squads as needed.
• Contribute to AI-powered marketing products, advanced analytics, and ML solutions where relevant.
• Identify actionable insights from customer behavior and purchasing patterns.
