This is a full-time opportunity, working 100% remotely.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with an international team to meet shared KPIs across BI, Tracking, Creative, Product, CRM, etc.
  • Manage, review, and execute account responsibilities for Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing recommendations and executing strategies for new opportunities, campaign structure, targeting, display networks, and other paid search aspects.
  • Set up and optimize campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and analyze KPIs to improve search visibility.
  • Stay updated on PPC and paid social industry trends and developments.
  • Monitor and manage web analytics dashboards, reports, and key tools aligned with company goals.

Requirements :

  • 5-7 Years of experience as a Performance Marketer
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Search Campaigns, Shopping Campaigns, Google Display, YouTube, Microsoft Advertising, and other paid media channels.
  • Google Ads + Google Analytics Certifications
  • Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Experience managing large client budgets (over $100K/month) is advantageous.

Communication :

  • Proficiency in English with professional communication skills.
  • Excellent written communication and friendly phone etiquette.
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • This is a client-facing role.
  • Quick learner of new industries and business types, applying knowledge to marketing initiatives.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
  • High integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation working remotely.
  • Willingness to work in the EST time zone.
