Formación

DESCRIPTION :

Do you have experience working with solid oral dosage forms, including hard and soft capsules? Do you have knowledge in the Operational and Technical Management of R&D activities? If so, we have an incredible opportunity for you!

We are pleased to announce that we are expanding our R&D department, located in the vibrant city of Madrid. We are actively looking for a skilled and committed Analytical Development Technician to join our team.

As an Analytical Development Technician, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation, development, and improvement of new and existing hard capsule products. Your expertise in the operational and technical aspects of R&D activities will contribute to our continuous growth and success.

MAIN MISSION :

Manage the operational and technical aspects of analytical R&D activities for the manufacturing of special batches of gelatin and cellulose solutions, while actively participating in process improvement within the Operational Excellence department.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Supervise and participate in new development projects and process improvement initiatives within Operational Excellence, carrying out measurement and evaluation activities related to process and analytical parameters of existing product formulations and new formulation variants.
  2. Prepare protocols and special batches, introducing specific manufacturing conditions for pilot tests, including the actions or determinations to be carried out before, during, and after production.
  3. Participate in the manufacturing and monitoring of results for pilot batches with special requirements.
  4. Collaborate in the analytical control of special batches.
  5. Record and report collected data from pilot batches and conducted trials in presentations for further evaluation and conclusions.
  6. Assist in the development of new procedures.
  7. Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

  1. Degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry with at least 3 years of experience in an Analytical Development R&D department, preferably having carried out Process Improvement activities.
  2. Desired C1 English level (B2 may also be considered).

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS :

  1. Experience in Process Improvement or Production in the Pharmaceutical Sector.
  2. Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in Process Improvement Methodology is a plus.
  3. Experience working with Hard or Soft Capsule pharmaceutical dosage forms.
  4. Experience in pharmaceutical project management.
