Job summary

ALGENEX S.L. in Tres Cantos, Madrid, is seeking an Analytical Development Scientist to join our team on-site. You will lead analytical development, qualification and validation activities for medium to high complexity projects, contributing to biologics formulations and product characterization.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in biopharma analytical development, strong knowledge of cGxP, ELISA, qPCR, and hands-on assay design, with English proficiency and a scientific track record.

Qualifications

• PhD, MS or BS in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy or Life Sciences.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in analytical development/validation or QA.
• Experience developing/validating analytical methods for biopharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate analytical development, qualification, and validation activities of medium to high complexity.
• Support different stages of Analytical Development and/or Analytical Validation with autonomy.
• Design, follow, review, and improve analytical protocols, methods, and procedures.
• Analyze and interpret scientific data, ensuring technical consistency and reliability.
• Document activities and results on time in accordance with cGxP and internal procedures.
• Plan, execute, analyze, and document stability and characterization studies.
• Draft and review SOPs, analytical methods, validation protocols, stability plans, and reports.
