Small businesses are vital to the global economy. New technologies and services, such as payment solutions using swipe, tap, chip and pin, and other innovations, are transforming the industry. These changes are expanding market access to smaller companies that previously did not accept credit cards. American Express’ Global Acquisition Capabilities team manages third-party acquiring partner enablement, oversight, and operations.
How will you make an impact in this role?
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a candidate with expertise in certification testing, project management, analytical and creative problem-solving, and relationship management, within a fast-paced environment. The Analyst will support external partners in understanding and developing to the technical requirements of the Europe Payment Facilitator and MRPS programs, mainly across the EMEA region. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining test plans, ensuring system readiness for certification, and leading certification efforts with external parties and processors.
This role involves close collaboration with external partners and internal teams, including Global Merchant Services, Payment Consultants, Certification Services, Network Solutions, and Operations. Key responsibilities include:
