We are currently seeking to expand our team with a Consultant Project Management for our new project in Valencia.

Requirements

1. University degree in management, economics, engineering, or other quantitative fields (a Master’s degree in Business Management is a plus).
2. At least three years of professional experience in management consulting or a similar area, with relevant digital transformation experience.
3. Experience in structure and process analysis for transformation projects (experience in the automotive industry is a plus).
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Teams; familiarity with Power BI and Agile methodologies is a plus.
5. Structured, analytical, and data-driven mindset.
6. Strong moderation and facilitation skills for workshops.
7. Clear and structured communication skills, with excellent presentation abilities, including engagement with senior management.
8. Intercultural competence and effective teamwork skills.
9. Excellent written and verbal English skills; German language skills are a plus.
10. Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe and North/South America, and enthusiasm for consulting challenges and dynamic environments.

• Presentation and moderation: Leading meetings across various hierarchical levels and diverse cultural contexts.
