The role of the Strategic Finance team is to inform and drive some of TravelPerk's most important business decisions.- We provide data driven insight and solutions.- We are expert modelers and combine varying levels of data (external benchmark metrics to detailed operational KPIs).- We link analysis directly to our corporate and business strategy and objectively assess the impact decisions are making on the business.- We have a drive for excellence and enjoy solving the business challenges that come with rapid scaling. Our goal is to grow TravelPerk as fast as possible but in an efficient way.If you're ready to take off with us, keep reading!**What you will do**:- Budget versus Actual analysis across the organization.- Proactively identify risks and collaborate on our performance reporting capability to bring impactful and actionable insight to decision-making across TravelPerk.- Create and explain analysis for different levels of stakeholders across the organization.- Translate complex information into digestible action points, while connecting them to our company strategy.- Work closely with our accounting and data science teams to ensure accurate and robust actual data and forecasts.- Cultivate strong relationships and collaboration on a cross-functional level across the company.- Promote TravelPerk's brand and values in a friendly, professional manner.**What you need**:- Previous experience in a top consulting firm, private equity, investment banking, or a tech company where involvement in analysis and sophisticated financial models has been crucial.- Experience in business travel or a B2B SaaS company is a big bonus.- You have a strong academic record and are a clear, structured thinker.- You are curious and will take ownership of a task/project/action.- You are a poised communicator with all levels and cross-functional business partners.- You have good slide creation skills and ability to tell a compelling story, while adapting the message to your audience.- Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills.- You are tech savvy and you know what is going on in the market.
