A leading consultancy is looking for an Analyst/Policy & Project Support for a significant EIB project in Bulgaria. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, solid experience in policy analysis, and familiarity with energy transition initiatives. NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EIB funded project called : Public Sector Loan Facility Advisory for the Maritsa East Complex and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.Location : Bulgaria.Duration : The intended start date is July 2025 (the "Start Date") and the period of implementation of the Assignment will be 20 months from this date (the "Period of Implementation").

Key Expert : Analyst / Policy & Project Support (Cat. III)

Qualifications and skills : At least a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Economics, or Energy Policy (minimum requirement).Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian and English language (minimum requirement).

General professional experience : At least 5 years of experience in policy analysis and project support (minimum requirement).

Specific professional experience : Experience working with government agencies, energy transition programs, or donor-funded projects, as demonstrated in at least three projects (minimum requirement).Experience in supporting energy sector reforms, just transition initiatives, or regional economic development, as demonstrated in at least three projects (minimum requirement).Experience coordinating with ministries, local authorities, and stakeholders on policy implementation will be considered an asset.Strong understanding of EU just transition mechanisms, energy policies, and funding frameworks will be considered an asset.Experience conducting stakeholder engagement, data collection, and impact tracking in large-scale policy initiatives will be considered an asset.
