Join Our Team as a Sales Specialist – Iberia

Are you passionate about medical technology and eager to make a difference in the healthcare industry? Breas is looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team in Iberia. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our customers, driving product adoption, and enhancing our market presence.

Main responsibilities

  • Stay up to date with Breas' product portfolio and therapies, supported by company training.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers, prescribers, and partners.
  • Develop and maintain an updated map of prescribers by therapy type, analyzing market data to support strategic decisions.
  • Track installed equipment and market potential in your area.
  • Prepare marketing tools such as competitive analysis, market trends, and comparative tables.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure they are well-informed and confident in using Breas products.
  • Lead training and refresher sessions to strengthen product knowledge within customer networks.
  • Actively participate in industry congresses and events, representing Breas as an exhibitor or sponsor.
  • Propose improvements, innovations, and strategies to enhance Breas' market position and customer experience.

To be successful in this job, we believe that you possess the following requirements and skills.

  • Clinical respiratory knowledge / degree a plus
  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
