Formación

• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia como Analista Funcional.
• Experiencia previa en gestión de riqueza o banca privada.
• Capacidad para definir y documentar modelos de cálculo de rentabilidad.

• Colaborar con diseñadores UX para asegurar que las historias de usuario reflejen los objetivos comerciales.
• Validar que los resultados del motor de cálculo estén alineados con las definiciones del negocio.

We are looking to hire a Functional Analyst with solid experience in private banking / wealth management and knowledge in profitability analysis, capable of translating complex financial requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.

Requisitos:

1. At least 1 year of experience as a Functional Analyst.
2. Previous experience in wealth management, private banking, or asset management projects.
3. Strong knowledge of financial products, investment instruments, and profitability metrics.
4. Proficiency with documentation and requirements tracking tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
5. Ability to define and document profitability calculation models, ensuring correct technical interpretation.
6. Participate in functional validations with key users.
7. Good command of English is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UX Designers to ensure user stories reflect business objectives.
• Validate that calculation engine results align with business definitions.
• Work with QA teams to define test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in functional validations with key users.
