We are looking to hire a Functional Analyst with solid experience in private banking / wealth management and knowledge in profitability analysis, capable of translating complex financial requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience as a Functional Analyst.
2. Previous experience in wealth management, private banking, or asset management projects.
3. Strong knowledge of financial products, investment instruments, and profitability metrics.
4. Proficiency in requirements documentation and tracking tools: JIRA, Confluence, etc.
5. Ability to define and document profitability calculation models, ensuring correct technical interpretation.
6. Participation in functional validations with key users.
7. Good command of English is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with UX Designers to validate that user stories reflect business objectives.
2. Validate that the calculation engine results align with business definitions.
3. Work with the QA team to define test cases and acceptance criteria.
4. Participate in functional validations with key users.
