We are looking to hire a Functional Analyst

with solid experience in private banking / wealth management and knowledge in profitability analysis. The ideal candidate will be capable of translating complex financial requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Previous experience in wealth management, private banking, or asset management projects.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, investment instruments, and profitability metrics.
• Proficiency with requirement documentation and tracking tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
• Ability to define and document profitability calculation models, ensuring correct technical interpretation.
• Participation in functional validations with key users.
• Good command of English is valued.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with UX Designers to ensure user stories reflect business objectives.
2. Validate that calculation engine results align with business definitions.
3. Work with QA teams to define test cases and acceptance criteria.
4. Participate in functional validations with key users.
