We are currently seeking a future Head of Strategic Reporting within the General Directorate of Operations and Technology.

Your mission will be to lead the Reporting and Analysis Department within the General Directorate of Operations and Technology. This is a key role to ensure strategic decisions are based on solid information, with a transversal vision and future-oriented approach.

About the project...

• You will coordinate and lead the executive reporting of key IT and Operations projects, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and business orientation.
• You will align strategic priorities of the area with the bank's corporate objectives.
• You will prepare high-level presentations for the Management Committee and the Board of Directors.
• You will promote a proactive view on IT & Ops trends and challenges, with the capacity to interpret, synthesize, and communicate.
• You will anticipate future challenges and opportunities with a proactive vision focused on operational efficiency.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic consulting, digital transformation, or business/operations areas in complex environments.
• Strong storytelling skills, structured thinking, and influence capacity at high levels.
• Academic background in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, or other Sciences.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• High level of English.
• Structured thinking, global vision, results orientation, and high-level communication skills.
• This role is strategic, visible, and has a direct impact on the governance and evolution of the IT & Ops area.
