Zalaris, a SAP Gold Partner and a leading SAP SuccessFactors partner in Europe, is hiring an AMS Senior Consultant SAP Payroll (m/f/d) who will support German customers from our Granada office and other Spanish locations.

You will work in a dynamic AMS team, tackling HR challenges with fresh ideas and technical innovation, providing analysis, consulting, testing and end-to-end delivery in German.

Responsabilidades

• You play a key role in continuously enhancing existing HR technologies in the SAP environment and keeping them up to date through regular maintenance activities (such as support packages and year-end tasks).
• You design, develop, and implement innovative, user-friendly HR applications tailored to the specific needs of our German customers.
• Close collaboration with internal departments enables you to fully understand business requirements and translate them into customized and automated technical solutions.
• You proactively identify optimization potential for processes and convert these insights into targeted improvements within our HR technology landscape.
• You ensure seamless integration of our HR technologies with other company applications and processes.
• As a central interface in our AMS team, you work solution-oriented within a ticket system, supporting our German customers directly in German - from analysis and consulting to testing and coordinating all steps to successful completion.
