Strada is seeking an SAP payroll Consultant to join our Spain-based team. The role focuses on SAP PY maintenance and configuration within the AMS project, applying country-specific knowledge and best practices to meet client requirements.

As the primary SME, you will guide technical and functional resources, ensuring high-quality configuration and timely maintenance support across OM/PA/PY/TM modules. Belgian payroll understanding is a plus.

Formación

• Experience with SAP PY module maintenance and configuration.
• Knowledge of Belgian PY module and Belgian payroll concepts.
• Ability to advise on business needs and design enterprise solutions.

• Provide subject matter expertise to all technical and functional resources assigned to the project.

The role

Strada is looking for an exceptional SAP payroll Consultant to join our Spanish based team. The SAP PY Consultant has the overall accountability with respect the technical and functional AMS of the project. He or she should be able to apply best practices, country specific knowledge, and technical know-how to ensure that the solution fits the client's requirements and specifications.

The responsibilities

• Ensure proficiency and quality in the configuration, use and deployment of OM/PA/PY/TM modules in the project currently assigned with
• Provide subject matter expertise to all technical and functional resources assigned in the project
• Act as the primary escalation point for all maintenance issues related to functional maintenance.

The requirements

• SAP PY maintenance and configuration experience in PY modules
• Extensive maintenance experience on SAP Belgian PY module
• Understanding of Belgian Payroll
• Proven proficiency with SAP configuration and maintenance
• Possess consulting skills, including conducting business needs analysis and mastery of enterprise solutions design
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail while maintaining overall understanding of the big picture
• Proven ability to effectively respond to changing and conflicting priorities
• Proven ability to thrive in an environment in which resources may be limited and timelines are short
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a bonus
