Analyze and interpret AML regulations and guidance across different jurisdictions, assessing their impact on Lynx products and customers.

Partner closely with the Product Owner and AML teams to translate regulatory requirements into product features, functional requirements and enhancement opportunities.

Work closely with clients to translate regulatory risks into model rules and features, ensuring full coverage and auditability.

Provide expert guidance on AML domains including Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), Beneficial Ownership and Risk‑Based Approaches.

Support product strategy and roadmap decisions by identifying future regulatory trends and emerging compliance requirements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers and partners on complex AML‑related topics, providing expert recommendations and practical solutions.

Develop and maintain regulatory knowledge frameworks and internal documentation to support product development and market expansion initiatives.

Deliver training sessions, workshops and knowledge‑sharing activities to strengthen AML expertise across the organization.

Support commercial and client‑facing engagements where deep AML regulatory expertise is required.
