Job summary

Lynx Tech is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (AML) to lead regulatory interpretation and ensure our AML solutions meet evolving requirements across jurisdictions. You will collaborate with Product, Technology, and client teams to translate complex rules into practical, auditable product features.

The role requires deep AML/CFT knowledge, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to communicate regulatory concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Madrid-based with 50% remote work.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and financial crime prevention practices.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into product capabilities.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements for multi-jurisdictional environments.
• Fluency in Spanish; English is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and AML certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for AML and Financial Crime Compliance, aligning solutions with regulatory expectations across jurisdictions.
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends impacting financial crime prevention solutions.
• Translate regulatory requirements into product features, functional specs and enhancement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech and stakeholders to implement compliant, auditable controls.
• Provide guidance on CDD, EDD, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening and PEP handling.
• Deliver regulatory knowledge through training, workshops and internal documentation.
