Job summary

Lynx Financial Crime Tech S.A. in Madrid seeks a Subject Matter Expert (AML) to translate regulatory requirements into product capabilities and support decision-making in financial crime prevention. You will work with Product, Tech and clients to ensure compliant, auditable AML solutions across jurisdictions.

The role requires strong AML knowledge, regulatory insight, and the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse teams. Hybrid work and international travel may apply.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in AML, Financial Crime Compliance or related fields.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into solutions.
• Experience in international, multi-jurisdictional contexts.
• Fluency in Spanish; English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for AML and Financial Crime Compliance across the org.
• Monitor regulatory developments and impact on Lynx products.
• Translate rules into product features and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, BA and Tech teams on AML topics.
• Provide guidance on CDD, EDD, monitoring and sanctions.
• Deliver training and knowledge-sharing to strengthen AML expertise.
